Manager UI Tour

The visual door: watch the graph, open any item, decide gates — no terminal required. (Start it: vyasa serve from any project.)

Watch the tour — home, projects, live graph, node detail, ops, audit, settings (~55s, with voiceover):

The console in one screen

  • Graph canvas — work items positioned by station (stage lanes), live statuses, draggable, explorable.
  • Detail panel — click any item: identity, status, relations, sessions, versions, flags needing approval, worker notes, full decision history.
  • Terminal panel — an assisted shell inside the console for the moments you want commands beside the picture.
  • Sidebar + focus mode — navigate projects, collapse to the work.

A governor's pass (no commands)

  1. Open /projects — pick your project.
  2. Read the canvas — what's done, in progress, stuck, awaiting you.
  3. Open a flagged item — diff, proof results, scorecard, history.
  4. Approve or reject — with reason, recorded like every CLI decision (same engine underneath).
  5. Watch the canvas move.

Sessions, gates, and evidence, visually

Cockpit and control bar run sittings · gate panels show checks per transition with failure cards naming causes · score cards show per-rubric grades · proof views show what the machine ran · guard verdicts show audit outcomes · diff review and file viewer show exactly what changes. Every control calls the same engine the CLI calls — convenience, never a separate truth.

Workflow builder (authors)

/workflows/[id]/builder edits workflows as forms — sections as cards, typed field editors — for authors shaping boxes. Operators never need it; governors never touch YAML either way.
