Glossary
The whole vocabulary that matters, one paragraph each. Anything deeper lives in the reference beside these guides.
- Workflow — your team's recipe for how work flows: stations, powers, checks. Built per case, per industry.
- Project — one live instance of a workflow: a directory with governed state.
- Node — one piece of work. Own status, files, history.
- Session — one supervised sitting on one node, with a time limit and a lock.
- Assistant — any worker: coding agent, writing agent, reviewer. Governed, never unsupervised.
- Gate — a checkpoint where you say yes or no with full evidence.
- Proposal — staged output waiting for judgment. Inspectable, rejectable, never yet in the project.
- Score — a validator's per-rubric grade with reasons.
- Violation — a caught breach, written down, cleared with a reason.
- Trace — the append-only diary of everything. How you prove it happened.
- Lock — the booking slip on a work item: taken, by this sitting, until this time.
- Starter template — a minimal workflow supplied to onboard fast, with help. Not a finished product.
- Industry workflow — a complete workflow built and marketed per industry. The product.
