Glossary

The whole vocabulary that matters, one paragraph each. Anything deeper lives in the reference beside these guides.

  • Workflow — your team's recipe for how work flows: stations, powers, checks. Built per case, per industry.
  • Project — one live instance of a workflow: a directory with governed state.
  • Node — one piece of work. Own status, files, history.
  • Session — one supervised sitting on one node, with a time limit and a lock.
  • Assistant — any worker: coding agent, writing agent, reviewer. Governed, never unsupervised.
  • Gate — a checkpoint where you say yes or no with full evidence.
  • Proposal — staged output waiting for judgment. Inspectable, rejectable, never yet in the project.
  • Score — a validator's per-rubric grade with reasons.
  • Violation — a caught breach, written down, cleared with a reason.
  • Trace — the append-only diary of everything. How you prove it happened.
  • Lock — the booking slip on a work item: taken, by this sitting, until this time.
  • Starter template — a minimal workflow supplied to onboard fast, with help. Not a finished product.
  • Industry workflow — a complete workflow built and marketed per industry. The product.
